- Registration form must be filled up with proper information. An incomplete form or a form bearing incorrect information or misrepresentation of facts will be cancelled by the admin.
- Few mandatory fields can never be altered (e.g. Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth.) after registration.
- Read instructions carefully. Don’t choose / press ‘Pay Online Button’ until you are fully aware of details. Once you have paid, no refund will be made. No request / claim will be entertained in this regard thereafter. Think twice before clicking the button.
- Any fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Course will be activated only after following conditions are met:
- Successful payment. (It is mandatory to deposit course fees & to update related documents within 3 days from the day of registration. Your course will be activated from the day of registration)
- Uploading of soft copies (i.e. Admit Card, Marksheet & Certificate of 10th standard & onwards, Recent stamp size colored photograph).
- The activation will be after 48 hours. Activation will be intimated by E-mail.
- You can download all Study materials & other relevant courseware for your course from our website.

All exams must be attempted by you in given sequence.

To get OTP (One Time Password) with a validity of 10 minutes. Open Your registered email with new tab while sitting for the any exam.

During examination if you exit unnecessarily due to any technical or non-technical cause you will not be eligible for re-examination.
- You need to complete all the exams within time duration set for that course.
- If you secure below 40% marks in aggregate, you will not be eligible to get any Certificate.
- There is no mechanism for re-examination. You need to pass the exam in one attempt.
- Self-attested photo copies of all uploaded documents must be sent to the institute by post / courier before the Final Exam. You will not have any permission to print your Certificate until relevant copies are received by us.
- A student is awarded a Certificate upon successfully completing the course (i.e on securing 40% marks in aggregate), in other cases it will remain incomplete. The grades awarded are as follows:

85 & Above E Excellent
75- 84 A+ Very Good
60 – 74 A Good
50 – 59 B Moderate
40 – 49 C Pass

- A Certificate will be given on behalf of “Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Vivek Web School”.
- Certificate will be sent to the student’s registered address by post / courier within one month after completion the course successfully.
- In case of loss of a Certificate a duplicate Certificate can be issued on written request with a self-attested photocopie of FIR of your nearest Police Station. Subject to the approval of the Administrator and on payment of Rs.1000/-.
- Vivek Web School is an online portal for Computer Education & Training run by Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Computer Centre. All payment will be made in the name of Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Computer Centre.
- All legal disputes will be governed by the Jurisdiction of Howrah Court.
- All queries and appeals will be handled only through online portal.
