1. Registration form must be filled up with proper information. An incomplete form or a form bearing incorrect information or misrepresentation of facts will be cancelled by the admin.
  2. Few mandatory fields can never be altered (e.g. Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth.) after registration.
  3. Read instructions carefully. Don’t choose / press ‘Pay Online Button’ until you are fully aware of details. Once you have paid, no refund will be made. No request / claim will be entertained in this regard thereafter. Think twice before clicking the button.
  4. Any fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  5. Registration is not transferable.
  6. Course will be activated only after following conditions are met:
    1. Successful payment. (It is mandatory to deposit course fees & to update related documents within 3 days from the day of registration. Your course will be activated from the day of registration)
    2. Uploading of soft copies (i.e. Admit Card, Marksheet & Certificate of 10th standard & onwards, Recent stamp size colored photograph).
  7. The activation will be after 48 hours. Activation will be intimated by E-mail.
  8. You can download all Study materials & other relevant courseware for your course from our website.
  9. All exams must be attempted by you in given sequence.
  10. To get OTP (One Time Password) with a validity of 10 minutes. Open Your registered email with new tab while sitting for the any exam.  
  11. During examination if you exit unnecessarily due to any technical or non-technical cause you will not be eligible for re-examination.
  12. You need to complete all the exams within time duration set for that course.
  13. If you secure below 40% marks in aggregate, you will not be eligible to get any Certificate.
  14. There is no mechanism for re-examination. You need to pass the exam in one attempt.
  15. Self-attested photo copies of all uploaded documents must be sent to the institute by post / courier before the Final Exam. You will not have any permission to print your Certificate until relevant copies are received by us.
  16. A student is awarded a Certificate upon successfully completing the course (i.e on securing 40% marks in aggregate), in other cases it will remain incomplete. The grades awarded are as follows:

  17. A Certificate will be given on behalf of “Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Vivek Web School”.
  18. Certificate will be sent to the student’s registered address by post / courier within one month after completion the course successfully.
  19. In case of loss of a Certificate a duplicate Certificate can be issued on written request with a self-attested photocopie of FIR of your nearest Police Station. Subject to the approval of the Administrator and on payment of Rs.1000/-.
  20. Vivek Web School is an online portal for Computer Education & Training run by Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Computer Centre. All payment will be made in the name of  Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira Computer Centre.
  21. All legal disputes will be governed by the Jurisdiction of Howrah Court.
  22. All queries and appeals will be handled only through online portal.
